Working Principle

Tubular Centrifuge consists of a body, a transmission system, a drum, a liquid collecting pan, a liquid inlet bearing seat, etc. The motor is connected with the large pulley, and transmits the power to the flexible main shaft through the belt, tensioning pulley and small pulley, and drives the drum to rotate clockwise at high speed. , Heterogeneous feed liquid is sprayed into the bowl from the nozzle at the bottom of the liquid inlet bearing seat, and the bowl is equipped with three longitudinal flat plates, so that the feed liquid can quickly reach the same angular velocity as the bowl.

The material liquid entering the bowl is driven by the high-speed rotating bowl to rotate at a high speed and form a centrifugal force field. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the heterogeneous material liquid is stratified, and the liquid phase is outside the inner cavity of the bowl. , the solid phase is in the heart of the inner cavity of the bowl. Because the nozzle continuously sprays the material liquid, the material liquid is separated into two phases of liquid and solid when it stays in the inner cavity of the bowl, and then the liquid phase flows to the upper part of the bowl, and is discharged from the liquid discharge port on the upper part of the bowl, and collected by the liquid collecting tray. Excluding the machine, a small amount of solid phase deposits on the inner wall of the bowl, and is manually discharged after the machine is shut down.
